Based in Lytham St Annes, Novello restaurant specialises in contemporary Italian fine dining. Our History
Novello restaurant was opened in 2004 and in the following years the restaurant has gained an outstanding reputation as a stylish and exciting venue for families and discerning diners providing contemporary Italian cuisine located in the very heart of Lytham.
The restaurant is a family business that is owned and operated by, Tony Lioveri, his wife Vera and their son Salvatore who is the head chef.
Our light, modern and airy restaurant and bar is located on Clifton street, which is the main thoroughfare in Lytham, a popular tourist destination on the Fylde coast, at the front of the restaurant is a canopied street terrace area where diners can eat alfresco on warm days and evenings.
Our head chef Sal is self-taught with 20 years of experience creating unique, elegant dishes.
His culinary journey started when he was 15 working for his father Tony and over the years they have developed a family-run business which puts the emphasis back on fantastic service and exceptional food using locally-sourced, seasonal ingredients.
Here at Novello we take the finest seasonal ingredients and combine them with our Italian heritage to create simple yet delicious food.
